If you lift weights, you may not want to pay for a gym membership or take trips away from home just to work out. You also might not have room where you live for equipment and/or you may find the equipment available too expensive.
Shane Drew, the founder of Flybird had the same problem of finding affordable and suitable home workout equipment. So, in 2016 he stated his company and has now served over a million families.
Your bench comes about 90% pre-assembled. The setup is easy. You just screw in the feet and put the pins in. The process should be done in less than half an hour.
It also folds up and is easy to store, in case you live in an apartment or a home where leaving the bench out isn’t convenient.

Are there any drawbacks with this product?
An occasional customer will comment that the height of this bench is too high, at about 20 inches. However, we checked and similar benches to this one are at about the same height. There are only a few exercises where you would want your feet flat on the floor while doing seated movements. The only people possibly having a problem would be short people who are close to 5 feet tall (or even shorter).
The solution for these people, if they want their feet flat on the floor, is to buy a Step Aerobics Platform. Then just sit the platform in front of you while doing your weightlifting exercise.
This model has plenty of width (over 30 inches) and is adjustable to 3 different heights so you can place your feet exactly as you want them.
